※IMPORTANT※: By filling the commission reservation form, you have read and agreed to all the terms of service stated below. I will not be held responsible for any misconception as long as they are listed below.Please read the FAQ as well and contact me for any clarifications before slot confirmation is made.
GENERAL
▶▶ Dolls are only for personal use. No reselling allowed. No using it for commercial purposes.▶▶ I only accept 2 dolls maxi per commission slot. You can share this slot with a friend, but you will only be allowed one doll each.▶▶ Standard turnover time for each commission slot (max 2 dolls), is 1-3 months from the moment I receive the finalised doll design. This may take longer if there is a delay from the client's side, delay due to custom hold up, unforeseen circumstances from my side which will be communicated to you. Due to the nature of the work, I do not accept any rush order at all.▶▶ I am working on multiple commissions at the same time. Please check the Trello board for queues and update logs.▶▶ Embroidery is done with a mix of using embroidery machine and hand embroidery if necessary. Please refrain from commissioning me if you are a perfectionist or expecting factory quality! As this is still handmade by me alone, combination of sewing machine and hand-sewing is used to assemble the doll. Accuracy to the design provided may not be 100% but I will try my best.▶▶ Do note that you must communicate any changes you want during design adjustment stage and the check-ins (please check the process information section!). Don't be shy! We want your doll to be as close to how you want it to be as possible.🫡▶▶ I only accept commission that is within my own skillset. I may refuse your application if I do not feel comfortable/confident in completing it.▶▶ My base price does not include designing the doll for you. Doll design commission is not available. You can commission @leelee_ahn or @haramway or other aritsts.▶▶ There are no restrictions on the style of the doll's face design; however, there may be extra charges for complexity and I may ask you to change something if I think I cannot execute it. Please avoid having too many details in small space or too many things on top of one another.▶▶ Payment for the base price of the doll is required to confirm your slot. I work based on first pay first served basis 🙏
PRICING FOR THE DOLLS
I am able to make plush dolls in these sizes. Prices will adjust accordingly depending on the complexity of your doll design and the materials used.

▶▶ The base price is valid at the time you submit the commission reservation form. NEW BASE PRICE IS VALID FROM 23 MAY 2026▶▶ For local Indonesian clients, the USD will be converted into IDR at the time of confirmation. Local shipping fee is included.▶▶ Be aware that the base price is the minimum amount, you may have to pay much more depending on the complexity of your design. The more complex/detailed your design is, the more expensive it will be. Please set aside at least USD100 for each doll at minimum, not including the shipping fee.▶▶These base prices are also only for plush doll with short hair, simple face and hair embroidery, two-colour eye embroidery (excluding black/white highlights/sclera), and blank body without any embroidery. Samples below.

▶▶ Extra charge will incur for:
- hair customization (e.g.: hair with two colours, hair longer than short hair, adding ahoges, detailed hair cut, etc.)
- extra embroidery for open mouth
- extra embroidery lines on the hair
- extra embroidery on the body (e.g.: paws, heart-shaped nipples, embroidery on the chest/the back, etc.)
- detailed eye embroidery (e.g.: adding outline, more than two colours excluding black/white accents)
- longer strand hair fabric (rabbit fur, or anything longer than the 5mm minky).
- extra attachments such as animal ears or tails, hair accessories, etc.Please consult me for estimates based on the doll design.

PLEASE NOTE FOR 10CM DOLLS:
There is limited amount of space on the face, so I do not recommend having too intricate eye design. Only two colours max for the eye balls. If there are too many details, I will ask you to change the design.
MATERIALS
High quality fabric materials sourced from China and locally are used in the production of the dolls.Body: generally minky 1mm pile height. Shades available can be checked here. Darker or other shades can be requested, please contact me to confirm!
Hair: minky 5mm, minky 3mm, yelvo 2.5mm
Threads: combination of embroidery threads and regular polyester sewing threads.NOTE: other shades for body fabric and 5mm or longer minky hair fabric for the hair are sourced from China. If I do not have the stock, please allow 3-4 weeks for the fabric to arrive at my place before I can start production.EXTRA IMPORTANT NOTE IF YOU CHOOSE WIG HAIR MATERIAL:
You can request to use washed or fried wig hair, only up to 5cm.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:▶▶ First payment is due when I confirm I can take your commission and you want to move forward with it.▶▶ Second payment for extra customisation and shipping fee is due when final doll design is received and discussion regarding any extras has been finalized. This includes deciding on the fabrics and threads. Any embroidery work will only be started once this is paid.** The client also has the option to pay everything upfront if extra charges have been determined based on the design.
CHECK-INs INFORMATION:1st check-in: Eye embroidery test
I will show you actual embroidery of one eye and a few select items using the colours of your choosing.
This is where you can request to change the thread colours or adjustments on the eye design. No additional embroidery test will be done unless I deem necessary.
Confirmation without any request for alterations means you agree to how the embroidery is done.2nd check-in: Face embroidery
I will show you how the finished face embroidery looks before I sew everything together.
If you want alterations, there may be extra charges incurred.
IMPORTANT:Revision requests once the doll is deemed completed will not be accepted. Please make sure you express what you want to be done during design briefing stage.
PAYMENT METHODS
▶▶ BCA bank transfer only for Indonesians.▶▶ Wise site. Highly recommended for international as it has lower fees than PP and more payment methods. You will receive an invoice and payment instruction in my confirmation email and you can make payment directly to my bank with your own currency.▶▶ PayPal only in USD. Fees will be added when I generate the invoice for you.▶▶ PayPal/Wise fee is not included in the base price or in the extra charge amount. Wise fee will be directly charged when you make the payment and PayPal fee will be added in the PayPal invoice I generate to you. I highly recommend payment via Wise for international payment if your currency is supported because it has many options for payment and the fee is lower than PayPal's.▶▶ Accepted International Currencies:
Via Wise: all currencies accepted and it will be converted into IDR.
Via PayPal: all invoice in USD only
REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY
▶▶ Confirmed commission reservation is final and I do not accept refund request or cancellation after first payment.▶▶ If I cancel the commission due to extenuating circumstances, the client will receive a partial refund.▶▶ Refunds will be calculated based on the net amount I received.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
▶▶ Shipping & handling fee is not included in the base price and first invoice. The shipping fee will be charged together with the extra customisation charges in the second/final invoice.
Local Indonesian clients do not need to pay for shipping as it's already included.▶▶ Shipping is from Indonesia, mainly via EMS for Asian countries or POS EXPRESS (handled by DHL) for other international countries. Please consider this as they can be expensive especially if you are not in Asia, but you will receive the package quickly within 1-2 weeks.▶▶ Local Indonesia order will be shipped using local expedition service via TIKI.▶▶ Every package will have tracking. I am not responsible for any lost package once it has been shipped. Any international custom tax incurred when the package arrives is payable by the client.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
▶▶ I may post WIP (partial face embroidery photos) of the project on my Bluesky/Twitter accounts. I will also post and include completed dolls in my samples portfolio. Please let me know if you do not want me to include yours. Additional fees may be required for private project.▶▶ I live with cats, I will wash all dolls before they are shipped to you. Please note this if you are allergic to cats!

Q: How do I commission you for a doll?
A: You will need to sign up into a waitlist. Only people in the list will be contacted.Please do not fill out the commission reservation form unless you have been contacted! If you fill it out without having been contacted, your submission will be removed.Q: When will you open your waitlist again?

A: If you signed up for the mailing list before March 2025 and never received any emails, it is most likely that you missed the email as it got into your spambox or you missed the message I sent you via your other social media.Q: What are the pros and cons of the different doll sizes?
A: 10cm is compact and can be treated like big keychain, very easy to bring anywhere. It's got many variety of clothes but they tend to be the very cutesy type.15cm is the best middle ground, size-wise, as it is not too big and not too small. However, 15cm is notorious for not having many variety of clothing.20cm is the best if you want to play dress-up as it's got the widest range of variety in terms of doll clothes. But the size may not be too travel friendly.Q: Can I commission only a single 10cm doll?
A: The general rule is that you must commission another bigger doll with a 10cm.Q: Can you do the doll design for me?

A: Simple accessories are okay (please confirm with me beforehand) but I do not make full blown custom clothes for dolls at all. I also do not know anyone who makes custom clothes.Q: I have already completed a commission, can I commission you again?
A: Returning clients are always welcome! There will be a separate waitlist form and you will be informed first of its opening ONLY if you express your interest in commissioning me again.
US TARIFF
APPLICABLE ONLY FOR US ADDRESSES(updated per 19th March 2026)
If you reside in the US, please heed the information below regarding the tariff.Due to the end of the de minimis exemption, US residents will have to pay tariff for packages sent to them regardless of the declared value. Read hereThings you must understand:
▶▶ Shipping is from Indonesia; reciprocal tariff for Indonesia at the moment is 19% the tariff rate is currently at 10% after the Supreme Court ruling.▶▶ I only use DHL for shipping, this means the tariff you have to pay will be value-based tariff + duty tax processing. This article should give you clear information of what it means.▶▶ The client will have the option to declare actual value (the amount you've paid in total, not including the shipping fee), or a lower amount.
However, this possesses a risk wherein the client will only receive the declared amount as compensation IF the package is lost. So far, no packages have ever been lost yet.▶▶ Below is an example case. The screenshot is the breakdown of charges a US client had to pay for their doll package, screenshot shared with permission.
L1 and L3 are fixed amount (so far).
L2 is the declared value x 10% tariff rateExample case: The declared value for this package is USD113 (actual value).
USD113 x 10% = USD11.3
This the amount the recipient had to pay was USD30.14.
▶▶ Clients are responsible for paying the tariff and any other fees incurred. DHL will contact you, generally via text message, to inform you of the details. Please make sure your phone number is correct when you fill out the form for shipping address.▶▶ Please understand that the tariff is beyond my control and I do not profit from shipping fee nor the tariff.

The form is currently available for PREVIEW. The actual form you can fill out will be posted/linked on 25 May 2026 at 10pm GMT+7. It will close as soon as my quota is reached.
This is a WAITLIST, I will not work on your request right away. Waiting time will be between 2-6 months (or more) and I will contact you a few days after the form is closed to inform you your batch number.
You will be contacted again least two weeks before your turn to confirm whether you want to move forward with the commission or not and there will be another form for you to fill out.
You have the option to move your slot to the next batch or withdrawing completely. Life happens, this is not a commitment yet.
No payment will be requested until your commission actually starts.
